Generating consistent B2B prospects for a private security company in a long-sales-cycle market — where each lead must justify its cost against contracts that take weeks to close and whose price starts at $45,000 MXN/month.
The solution
I structured a Search campaign with 4 ad groups segmented by vertical: businesses, events, escorts, and residential. Precise geographic segmentation (CDMX and State of Mexico) and continuous copy optimization brought the main group to a 6.50% CTR and an 11.62% conversion rate — more than double the sector average for B2B services.
The result
202 qualified leads with a total spend of MX$29,665 (CPL: $147). Contracts closed from this prospect portfolio accumulated over MX$8,000,000 in signed contract value — a ROAS of 272x that turns every peso of ad spend into $272 in recurring revenue.
