Autism 911
I designed the app and all visual communication for Autism 911: a Medicaid case management system for healthcare professionals in Florida, with a bilingual public-facing interface for families.
The challenge
Autism 911 had two completely different audiences: comprehensive doctors who needed to manage Medicaid cases for autistic children in Florida, and Spanish-speaking families looking for a warm and reliable ally for their children. The challenge was conveying institutional trust and human warmth with the same visual system.
The solution
I designed the complete mobile app in two layers. The B2B layer: doctor dashboard with case summary (New/Processing/Assigned), geolocated Medicaid case tracking, bilingual splash screen (Spanish/English) with illustration of adult and child playing. The B2C layer: English Facebook cover with "The support your family needs," Spanish-language carousels in lilac/purple aesthetic with expressive typography, video ads balancing warmth and professionalism.
The result
A visual system that manages to speak two languages and two tones simultaneously, without either contradicting the other — the same communication challenge Autism 911 faces every day with its own clients.
